Dr. Ritu Aurora, Founder Director of Vision Plus Eye Centre, is a highly regarded eye surgeon with over 25 years of experience in Delhi NCR. Previously, she held the position of Head of the Department of Ophthalmology at Max Hospital & MMR Eye Institute. Committed to her practice with dedication, passion, empathy, and integrity, she aims to provide the benefits of the latest technology to her patients at affordable rates.
Specializing in cataract and refractive surgery, glaucoma, and pediatric ophthalmology, Dr. Aurora has achieved remarkable success as an excellent surgeon and has served as a mentor to many in the field. Beyond her surgical expertise, she actively participates in community ophthalmology through close involvement with various NGOs and social organizations.
Dr. Aurora also plays a vital role in administration, management, and patient education. Currently serving as the Secretary of the Noida Ophthalmological Society, she continues to contribute significantly to the advancement of eye care in the region.

He practices at Vision Plus Eye Centre in Sector-51, Noida, and previously served as the Head of Retina services at Shroff Charity Eye Hospital & Chaudhary Eye Centre in Daryaganj, as well as a Retina consultant at Max Hospital and Grewal Eye Institute, Chandigarh.
Dr. Ajay Aurora completed his MBBS from Jawaharlal Institute of Postgraduate Medical Education and Research (JIPMER) in 1983, MS - Ophthalmology from JIPMER in 1986, and Post Graduate Diploma in Ophthalmology from JIPMER in 1985. He is a Gold medalist and recipient of several awards, including the prestigious BMJ award for innovation. Dr. Aurora has held leading positions in AIOS (All India Ophthalmological Society), VRSI (Vitreo Retinal Society of India), and NOS (Noida Ophthalmological Society).
